Silver is a precious metal and, much like gold, is too fine to be utilized in a 100% pure form. To make it durable enough for use in jewelry, pure silver which has 0.999 fineness (99.9%), is often combined with small quantities of other metals including copper. The copper is added to strengthen the silver and the resulting product is 925 Sterling Silver (92.5%).

99% of our jewelry has a 925 stamp somewhere on the item. For the 1% that might not show a stamp, it is due to the fact that the item might be too fragile or small or has too many fine details that make it difficult to stamp it and might even damage it. However, even in those cases the item is made from 925 Sterling Silver.

Reaction with the chemicals in the environment and air causes silver to naturally oxidize. This is not a product defect.

We only sell solid 925 silver.

It can be considered on a case-by case basis. If there is selling potential, we will do our best to make it for you. For the best possible results, we will need you to provide us with high quality pictures. There might be a minimum order quantity depending on the design.

We also work with Bronze and Brass. We can make at will any item of our Sterling Silver catalog in Bronze or Brass.

We accept payments from all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc). For your convenience we also offer check out with PayPal. For Paypal payment, please select the Paypal button upon checkout and email us your Paypal email address so that we can send you an invoice.

There is no sales tax on all orders (retail, wholesale, dropshipping).

We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible. If your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process your order the next business day. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can track it then in the carrier's site of your country.

We take exceptional care in packing your order. Each piece is individually boxed, and then secured within the packaging to minimize movement. We then bubble wrap the entire package and place inside a strong shipping box. Our packaging system is quite simply over the top!

We aim to pack orders as quickly as possible, however, we will do our utmost to make any changes needed to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. We are unable to change your order after shipping.

We charge a flat $10 shipping fee for all destinations.

In average 1-3 weeks depending on the receiving country and customs. Express delivery by DHL is available upon request for an extra fee and will take 3-5 days.

We use Thailand Air Mail ePacket which is a safe and fast mailing service. This secure service does require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home when the package arrives, your local post will provide a collect card to claim the item in your nearest post office.

Generally not but please be aware that in some cases your country may impose a small customs fee. We have no control over this as import duty is a random occurence. Customers are expected to be aware of the import laws of their respective countries and will be responsible for any customs fees.

We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping. We know that the shippers are rough with the packages. On rare occasions during transport, items may be damaged. If you receive an item that is missing or damaged, please contact us immediately.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our items. You may return an item for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable unless we made a mistake in the order. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions.

We normally process the refund within 2 days after receiving the item. Please use a trackable service when you ship. The item must be returned in its original condition for the refund to be approved.

We have a very low MOQ and you have the option to mix designs and sizes to fulfill it. Minimum order requirement is $200 or 15 items (can mix sizes/designs).

Yes! Wholesale discounts vary 30-50% off our website prices (depending on quantity). For bronze the discounts are even higher (45-60% off). For more details or specific requests please inquire with us.

Yes everything is in stock and ready to ship. However, if you order the same design or size in high quantities we might need a bit more time to make production.

Most wholesale orders ship out within 5-10 business days upon receipt. Small orders (less than 30 items) need only a couple of days. In some exceptional cases where we need to make production it might take a little longer.

Our customers’ pricing policies vary widely depending on their target market as well as the overhead and marketing costs associated with their individual businesses.

High-end jewelry retailers mark up our products as much as 5-10x the wholesale price. In these instances, the pieces are sold with very fancy presentation and packaging to enhance their perceived value. Most of our customers use a 2-5x markup strategy. This works well for selling over the internet and at home-based jewelry parties, mall kiosks, and arts & crafts fairs.

The markup also depends on the weight and cost of each item. Heavy necklaces, for example, will require a smaller percentage markup to drive sales but will still generate decent profits because they are more expensive pieces to begin with.

Absolutely! A buyer will stay your buyer and will have no way of knowing that the product came from our company. You are welcome to provide us with your branding and information to include in your order.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Thailand.

Yes we do. Worldwide door-to-door airmail shipping costs $10 including tracking.
