When will you process my order?
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible. We start processing orders daily at 9am. If your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process your order the very next business day. This ensures your order will be shipped to you in the quickest possible time. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
How will you pack my order?
We take exceptional care in packing your order. Each piece is individually boxed, and then secured within the packaging to minimize movement. We then bubble wrap the entire package and place inside a strong shipping box. Our packaging system is quite simply over the top! But we do this to ensure minimal breakages or damage occurs.
How will you ship my order and how long will delivery take?
We use Thailand Air Mail Registered service which is an extremely safe mailing service. This secure service does require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home when the package arrives, your local post will provide a collect card to claim the item in the nearest post office. You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times. In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you asap to keep you informed.
Delivery takes in average 2-3 weeks depending on the receiving country and customs. Delays can happen but are rare and dependent on special circumstances (holiday season, longer customs procedures, postal mishandling etc).
Can I change an order after it has been placed?
